Whenever an application arrives for a dog that appears suitable, we need volunteers to review the application, speak to the references provided and the applicant to verify information and assist in determining if the desired dog is a good match with the applicant. These volunteers will frequently call outside their immediate local area, so a low cost phone plan would be needed to take on this task.
